Injuries

Estelle can treat all types of injuries, not just those associated with sport.  For example frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) can develop from sitting at a computer all day with bad posture or even if the desk/mouse are positioned at the wrong angle.  A series of treatments and after-care advice including exercises and stretching can alleviate the discomfort and aid recovery
